Leg day is not my favorite, but this circuit flies by and always has me feeling glad I did it by the time next-day soreness flares up. The lunges, squats, and deadlifts are performed with a 30-40lb bar.

I usually do this circuit with heavy (for me) weight and keep weighted moves to about 15 reps each. Ab moves always 30 reps. Curtsey lunges are a split set of lunges + leg lift (abductor pulse) and static lunges with a bicep hold. This circuit gets me very well acquainted with the floor.
